shameless plug :: the spread restaurant | spreadOUT catering

Soooooo my friend owns a really dope restaurant. That is all.

Just kidding ... that is definitely NOT ALL. If you haven't been to The Spread restaurant in South Norwalk yet or haven't heard of it (which is sacrilege) then you must drop all plans this weekend and go. Immediately. Like now.

The Spread owners Christopher Hickey, Christopher Rasile, Shawn Longyear and Andrey Cortes officially opened their garage doors to the famished in October 2012 and have since won over stomachs in Fairfield County with their love of food and ever changing seasonal and eclectic menu. With culinary nods from CT Bites, Food Dudes, Fairfield County Foodie, OmNomCT all the way to the Boston Globe (yes, Boston) this place should most definitely be on your "Must Eat" list. Not to mention FIVE (yes, five - I like to repeat myself) awards in The 2014 Readers' Choice Awards, Connecticut Magazine for Best New Restaurant, Best in Overall Excellence, Best Brunch, Best Appetizers and Best Cocktails (try the Tea Bag).

In 2014 they are bringing their ridiculous deliciousness to you with SpreadOUT Catering. So loosen those belts because Chef Carlos Baez's talents will be able to be enjoyed anywhere you wish. Enough writing and let's just look at pictures of some of their food.
